CROWDED BARREL COFFEE: FARSIDE
Coffee beans aged in whiskey barrels? Hell yeah. Welcome to the Farside. This collaboration with Project Buna imported our coffee from Nas Nubes, Nicaragua. The Wigle Rye barrels rested the beans just long enough to give them a kiss of dark cherry, rich wood, and milk chocolate notes.
Farside is a very small batch (no, really) experimental run. If you’re lucky enough to grab this before it sells out, be sure to circle back and let us know what you think. We can take barrel rested coffee in a lot of different directions, and your input helps us make decisions that land in your cup.
