Coffee beans aged in whiskey barrels? Hell yeah. This collaboration with Project Buna imported our coffee from Yirgacheffe - Djimmah, Ethiopia. The beans rested in an Knob Creek Bourbon Barrel, pervading them with notes of Blueberry, Chocolate, Caramel, Almond Roca and cherry.
