Coffee beans aged in whiskey barrels? Hell yeah. This collaboration with Project Buna imported our coffee from Yirgaceffe, Ethiopia. The beans rested in a Bookers Bourbon barrel, pervading them with notes of dark chocolate, fig, blackberry and toffee.
